This assessment is operated by Feedback Analytics Limited, trading as CX Index, registered in Ireland with company number 499955, at DĂșn Laoghaire, County Dublin. We are the data controller for the information you provide here. You can reach us at privacy@cxindex.com.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this page, and we do not run third party analytics on it.

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent for producing and sending your report and for contacting you about it. You give that consent with the tick box before you submit, and you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

For the anonymised benchmark described below we rely on our legitimate interest in producing industry research. Because that data can no longer identify you or your organisation, it does not affect your privacy.

The benchmark

We use responses to build a peer benchmark so that future respondents can see how they compare. Before anything enters the benchmark we remove your name, email and organisation. What remains is a score, a set of dimension ratings, an industry and a size band. That cannot be traced back to you.

Sharing with Genesys

There is a tick box, off by default, offering to share your results with your Genesys account team. If you leave it off, nothing identifying you or your organisation is shared with Genesys or anyone else. If you tick it, we pass your results and contact details to Genesys so they can help you address the gaps the assessment found. You can change your mind by emailing us.

We may publish aggregate findings, for example the proportion of organisations that cannot measure AI interaction quality. Aggregate findings never name a respondent or an organisation.

Who else sees it

Your responses are handled by CX Index staff and by the service providers who host this site and store the responses on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to any other vendor.

Where it is held

Responses are stored within the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep identifiable responses for 24 months from the date you submit, then delete them. Anonymised benchmark records are kept indefinitely because they can no longer identify anyone.

Your rights

Email privacy@cxindex.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

Security

CX Index has held ISO 27001 certification since 2018. This site is served over HTTPS and responses are encrypted in transit and at rest.
